New York – Manhattan Island Cruise

Sailing on the Motor Yacht “Manhattan II”, we enjoyed a 3 hour long brunch cruise around Manhattan Island. We left from Chelsea Piers to sail up the Hudson River, and then sailed along the Harlem River to the East River. There are endless photographic opportunities throughout the cruise. However from the point you pass Roosevelt Island until you arrive back at Chelsea Piers, it is really difficult to put the camera down.

To give you a brief flavour you will go under Williamsburg, Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges; pass Governors Island; sail around Liberty Island, and then pass Ellis Island, before continuing up the Hudson River.

A lovely way to spend a Sunday combining a good brunch, a gentle cruise, and views of Manhattan you couldn’t get any other way.
