National Tramway Museum
The Museum is at Critch Village in Derbyshire, and is based in a period village scene. Trams rides can be joined at intervals along the street and out into the Woodland Walk. The Exhibition Hall houses a large collection of trams from horse drawn to the most advanced first generation electric trams. With over 80 vehicles on display it is well worth a visit.
The few images below are intended to give no more than a small insight to the museum. Some of the images have been converted to reflect monochrome tones, or subdued colours in an effort to provide a period “feel”.
