Great Dorset Steam Fair

The Great Dorset Steam Fair is, without doubt, the most comprehensive you are likely to encounter. This visit was in 2022, the Fifty-Second show, and the first since 2019 and the Coronavirus Pandemic. Whilst it is first and foremost a steam fair, it caters for a wide range of other attractions from vintage cars and motorcycles, to heavy haulage and military vehicles. There is a large funfair, numerous food stands, beer tents, live music, and much more.

My photographs try to capture a flavour of the event, they are mainly steam engine related, but there are a few others reflecting the wider scope of the fair.
